  • Creating clear goals for NDIS
  • Gathering your info to the NDIS planning meeting
  • Learning about self-management

WHERE: At a venue that is suitable for both of us. *If more than 20ks form Ringwood, travel costs will be added.

Whether your family member is on the NDIS or not, the Carers Hub is for YOU. Come along and connect with other carers, relax or even do your own vision board! This hub is all about you!
